Love dance music? Want to be a music producer?
Amplify is a brand new 6 week music production & remixing course for disabled musicians and producers.
Learn how to create and build your own tracks from scratch using Ableton Live software, guided by the expert hand of producer, DJ and promoter Luke Turner aka Lukas (Alfresco Disco/Futureboogie).
Luke and other guest industry professionals will work with you to explore sampling, arranging, producing and performing – all using assistive music technology.
Spend time in the studio, get to grips with music production technology and score yourself an exclusive chance to remix a track by established artists!
Last, but definitely not least, hear your tracks played out live by professional DJs in Bristol at a club night.
The course is fully accessible to all disabled people and suitable for beginners and experienced musicians. It will also include a copy of Ableton Live Intro for participants to use after the course.
Dates: Weekly on Wednesdays
February: 17, 24
March: 2, 9, 16, 23
(Club night tbc)
Times: 4pm–5.30pm OR 5.30pm–7pm
