This public consultation event is being held by WD architects to invite members of the local community to help shape the emerging scheme for the redevelopment of the triangular island site on Lawrence Hill Roundabout.
The initial proposals include the refurbishment and extension of existing buildings at the eastern end of Old Market, retaining a combination of commercial and retail uses at ground floor with apartments above. A proposed new high quality, sustainable & contemporary tower element will complete the triangle site and provide much needed housing.
No ticket needed, just turn up.
