The South West Hoop Conference is back at Trinity for the 4th year, hosting a high intensity weekend of classes, workshops, shows and an LED hoop ball.

Each year Hooping Mad offers a range of the best international hoop teachers and instructors as well as some of the best home grown talent. This year we have Hoop workshops from: Nick Guzzardo, Sharna Rose, Nick Broyd, Kenna Hoops

Throughout the weekend there are a huge variety of hoop workshops with a few others thrown in such as Beginners Tumbling, Charleston Dance, Body Popping, Belly Dance. Saturday and Sunday will start with a morning yoga session with Atiya of Atiya Yoga.

Friday night includes a beginners fire night where you can learn fire hoop in a safe environment. Saturday night features a showcase where a mix of great international performers show off their skills, followed by an LED ball where you can bust out some of your new moves!

Doors open at 8pm - Show starts at 8.30pm with the amazing Bristol Samba returning once again to kick off the LED ball!
